Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SwishDNS platform and services (“Service”). By accessing or using SwishDNS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use SwishDNS. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all actions performed through your account. Notify SwishDNS immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service in any manner that:

• Hosts or propagates malicious, harmful, or fraudulent DNS records
• Supports phishing, scams, impersonation, or deceptive activity
• Participates in DNS amplification, reflection, or other attacks
• Violates intellectual property rights
• Interferes with or disrupts SwishDNS operations or other users
• Violates applicable law or regulation

4. Service Availability

SwishDNS aims to provide highly available DNS hosting; however, uninterrupted uptime is not guaranteed. Maintenance, network conditions, or unforeseen outages may affect availability.

5. Billing, Subscription & Renewal

SwishDNS is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing until the subscription is canceled.

Refunds are not guaranteed except where required by law. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

6. Termination & Suspension

SwishDNS may suspend or terminate your account or DNS zones immediately, without refund, if:

• You violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy
• Your DNS zone poses a security or operational risk
• A legal request or court order requires action

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. SwishDNS disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwishDNS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of data, revenue, or usage.

SwishDNS’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your subscription in the preceding 12 months.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of SwishDNS is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and process data.

10. Modifications to These Terms

SwishDNS may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
