1. Prohibited Activities

You may not use SwishDNS to host, resolve, redirect, or propagate DNS records linked to:

• Malware distribution, command-and-control servers, or botnet activity
• Phishing campaigns, impersonation domains, or fraudulent sites
• Spam distribution or unsolicited bulk messaging operations
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content exploiting minors
• Promotion, facilitation, or support of terrorism or violent extremism
• Domains that intentionally violate copyright or intellectual property law
• DNS-based attacks such as DNS rebinding, spoofing, or cache poisoning

2. Zone Misuse & Resource Abuse

You may not misuse SwishDNS services in ways that degrade system stability, including:

• Creating an excessive number of DNS records with no legitimate use
• Using SwishDNS authoritative servers as open resolvers or recursive services
• Deploying DNS zones for real-time redirection, rapid-cycling hostnames, or traffic manipulation
• Attempting to bypass platform limits or automate actions at abusive scale

3. Security Violations

SwishDNS strictly prohibits activities that compromise system integrity, including:

• Unauthorized access attempts or probing of SwishDNS infrastructure
• Interference with other users’ DNS zones or accounts
• Injection of harmful records intended to disrupt network behavior

4. Enforcement & Consequences

SwishDNS may suspend or terminate access to DNS zones or accounts found in violation of this AUP. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement or relevant authorities. SwishDNS reserves the right to take immediate action without prior notice if required to protect service integrity, customer safety, or legal compliance.

6. Updates to This Policy
