SwishDNS respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content hosted via a domain using our DNS service infringes your copyright, please notify us with the following information:

1. DMCA Notification Requirements

Your notice must include:

• Your name, address, phone number, and email address
• A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• The exact domain and DNS record pointing to the infringing content
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

2. Submit Your Notice

3. Response Policy

We will investigate valid notices and may disable the DNS resolution of offending domains or records. We may contact the domain owner to notify them of the report. Repeat offenders may be suspended.

4. SwishDNS Role

SwishDNS provides DNS resolution only. We do not host content. Any complaints about content itself should be directed to the content host indicated by the DNS records.
