This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and restrictions for using SwishDNS services. Our goal is to provide a stable, secure, and abuse-free DNS infrastructure for all users.
1. Prohibited Activities
You may not use SwishDNS to host, resolve, or propagate DNS records associated with:
- Malware distribution, command & control servers, or botnets
- Phishing, scams, or impersonation domains
- Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Promotion or support of terrorism or violent extremism
- Domains designed to violate copyright or intellectual property rights
- DNS rebinding, spoofing, or cache poisoning attempts
2. Zone Misuse & Fair Usage
You must not overload the DNS infrastructure by:
- Creating excessive records or zones with no legitimate purpose
- Running public DNS resolvers or recursive services using our authoritative servers
- Using SwishDNS for real-time redirection or dynamic content injection
3. Enforcement
SwishDNS reserves the right to suspend or delete DNS zones and accounts found in violation of this policy without notice. We may report severe abuse to relevant authorities where required by law.
4. Reporting Abuse
If you discover SwishDNS services being used in violation of this policy, report it to us at support@swishhost.cloud.
5. Policy Updates
This AUP may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the latest version.
